Located at 418 S. 13th Street downtown Coeur d'Alene, this home includes everything one would need for a comfortable getaway. Maple-lined streets wind past beautifully unique vintage homes. From the moment you walk through the front door, you will be swept away with the classy, contemporary décor throughout this beautiful home. Absolutely stunning!
This home is a few blocks north of Sander's Public Beach and Tubbs Hill with all of its lovely trails and private beaches. It's a block away from the Centennial Trail and just minutes from Coeur d'Alene's main street, where you will find many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all just moments from your doorstep. Just a few blocks up the street is a local favorite, Moontime Pub and Grill, and just around the corner is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. A pretty perfect location! We have three bikes in the garage, and we can even set up additional bike rentals to be delivered before your arrival.
This home has four spacious and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light. The master suite, on the main level, has a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom with a beautifully crafted walk-in shower and a double sink/vanity. Located on the second floor, bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a full bed and a twin pull-out trundle. All bedrooms have brand new, plush mattresses. Also, upstairs are two full bathrooms, one with a shower/bath combination, and one is a private en suite to the 4th bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen, spacious and elegant, has every amenity imaginable from top-of-the-line appliances and Carrara marble countertops to solid cookware and dishes needed to whip up a special meal to share with your guests. Included is a gas-range cooking top, microwave, dishwasher, large and deep sink, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. A chef's dream! A lovely dining table for six designed to be flickering with candlelight. The living room has a comfortable couch and a couple of lounge chairs that look onto a gas burning fireplace (with a blower, to heat the entire room). Perfect for those crisp, chilly evenings! Also, a flat-screen TV hangs just over the fireplace.
On the second level is a large entertainment room with comfy leather reclining chairs, a 70-inch flat screen TV, a great game table, and plenty of space to relax or play.
And for those warm evenings, a lovely stone patio with charming Adirondack chairs and a BBQ/smoker, is nestled between the home and the separate garage. The private backyard is fenced-in completely. The landscaping and lawn are well kept and maintained.
Large washer and dryer in a separate laundry room/ mud-room with bench and storage for extended stays or dirty expeditions. And, secure parking in a two-car detached garage with automatic garage door opener.
This home has two cable TVs, a DVD player, wireless internet, and A/C.

Summary: We had a wonderful family reunion over the holiday here! There was plenty of space for everyone and communication with the owner was excellent and a breeze. Really convenient to walk to downtown and the lake. Would stay again! It was more than perfect for our party of 5 adults and 2 pups.

Summary: Stayed in house with adult (20s) children and parents. House was perfect, host was wonderful. Updated, clean, lots of nice little touches, and host was accommodating. Able to walk to town area and lake, grocery just a few blocks away. Everything was great and would stay again!

Summary: I've been a vrbo user for over 15 years and this has been one of the best properties I've rented. Upon arrival, we found the home exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The home layout was perfect for our family with our adult children having the upstairs to themselves while the parents stayed downstairs. Having a garage to park in to keep our car cool and our gear secure was a bonus. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you'd need for preparing a meal. And speaking of stocked, the home had thoughtfully placed extras--facial tissue, bathroom spray, personal hygiene products, etc. which is rare to find with other hosts. We also enjoyed the back patio for our dinners and breakfasts and just hanging out. Liz was a great communicator and terrific to work with. The property is in an ideal location with super easy walk to the beach or pubs. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: This was our first visit to Couer D’Alene and it was amazing! We were so fortunate to find Liz’s house. She was so helpful and informative. She put a great deal of effort into finding hikes for us and we appreciated that very much. My questions were answered very quickly. The house is beautiful and modern with so many thoughtful touches. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room. The location was also wonderful in a quiet charming neighborhood-within walking distance to town and lake. We would love to come back and stay at Liz’s home again! It was a perfect family vacation!

Summary: This was the perfect place for our family reunion with a group of teens u to 85 year-olds. Great location, an easy walk both to the lake and to downtown. The home had everything we needed including ample kitchen equipment, lots of seating and a great fenced backyard for the dog. Would definitely come again.

Summary: Our stay in Coeur D'Alene at this lovely VRBO was perfect. The cleanliness, space, layout, amenities were top notch We stay in many VRBO's and this ranks as one, if not THE one, of the best. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. We were conveniently located to the park and lake, both of which were ideal for my daughter to race in Iron Man CDA. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed so much longer

Summary: This is a wonderful home. Very comfortable and accommodating. Four bedrooms and, four bathrooms were great for all the adults and kids with plenty of room to stretch out. Very private backyard to barbecue in and quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to downtown, a lake front beach, and the great park playground for the grand kids. The Host Liz was a joy to work with and making sure you were having a good time. By the end of our stay, it felt like I was messaging an old friend. We will stay there again, and suggest you do the same. :-)
